Gold Eagle Wine and Spirits is proud to be single family-owned and operated for the past four generations, originating in 1933. We received the 3rd liquor license issued by the city of Chicago and opened our doors on the corner of Clark and Van Buren the day after prohibition ended. Today we are located off of Peterson Road in Libertyville, IL. We offer a fantastic product selection with the best personal service at the lowest pricing.

We are know for our barrel picks and store selects. We proudly turn down over 500 barrel samples per year and select about 50. So you know if it has the Gold Eagle name on the label, it's a good one!

We buy the finest wines from the best vintages, have a temperature and humidity controlled wine cellar, and receive large quantities of allocated items. Outside of wine and liquor, we also have a large craft beer selection. Our staff is friendly and knowledgeable in all categories and will help you pick out a perfect selection for any occasion. We may special order certain products we don’t carry and can gift wrap and deliver products locally for a small fee.
